Account Manager | Designer Textiles

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join a leading supplier of high-end designer textiles and acoustic solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a passion for design, strong relationship-building skills, and experience managing clients in the commercial interiors or architectural sector.

The Role

As Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for architects, designers, and builders, providing expert advice on acoustic products and premium commercial textiles. You will manage client relationships, oversee project orders from initial consultation through to delivery, and work closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding service and product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders
Provide product expertise and guidance on commercial textiles and acoustic solutions
Manage project orders from quotation through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet client requirements and deadlines
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to business development
Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required

About You

Experience in account management, ideally within designer textiles, commercial interiors, or architectural products
Strong understanding of commercial textiles and acoustic solutions is highly desirable
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Customer-focused with a professional and approachable manner
